Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders generally leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Depending on the shipping method you select, at checkout, your order can take up to 8 days to deliver in the US.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to qualified orders shipping in the contiguous United States. To qualify for free shipping, your order subtotal must meet the free shipping threshold of $150, taking into account any discounts applied.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders ship out of Denver, Colorado.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer multiple expedited shipping methods including next day delivery.

How do I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking link along with status updates, after your order ships. We will also send you shipment updates as your package gets close to final delivery.

My package show delivered but I have not received it

Sometimes, carriers may prematurely mark a package as delivered when it hasn't actually arrived, only for it to show up a few days later. If you haven't received your package within a day or two of the delivery confirmation, please contact us. We will work closely with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

My package appears to be lost in transit, what should I do?

If your package has been significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work closely with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. In many cases, the delays may be due to weather or the carriers network being congested.

My package says it was delivered but it's missing, what should I do?

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, allow the carrier an extra two days for delivery. Should it still not arrive, contact us within days from the marked delivery date. We will work closely with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

In instances where the package is recorded as delivered but has not been received. We reserve the right to request an official police report for the stolen/missing package in order to replace it.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Merchandise that is unworn and in the original packaging can be returned within 90 days. Merchandise returned that is not in new, sellable condition will be subject to a restocking fee up to 50%.

Are there any return fees?

We will provide a pre-paid return label for $3.00. If you choose to return your merchandise via a different carrier or method it will be at your expense.

Any defective or damaged merchandise will not be subject to any return fees.

A product I ordered has a defect or is damaged. What do I do?

Any defective or damaged merchandise will not be subject to any return or replacement fees. Please notify us within 30 days of your purchase if anything you received has an issue and we'll work with you to repair or replace.

Can I exchange for a different size, color or another product?

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. You may return your product and create a new order for what you're looking for.

Order Issues

Can I change my order?

We only have the ability to edit your address on the order before our warehouse team has begun picking your order. If you need to edit the item(s) purchased we'll have to proceed with a cancellation and you can repurchase the correct item(s) as long as our warehouse team has not begun picking your order.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

Products on an order cannot be updated after they have been placed. If you need to edit the item(s) purchased we'll have to proceed with a cancellation and you can repurchase the correct item(s) as long as our warehouse team has not begun picking your order.

Can I cancel my order?

We are able to cancel your order as long as our warehouse team has not begun picking your order.

A product I received is damaged or defective, how will you fix this?

If you've received a damaged or defective product we are very sorry. Please contact us so we can promptly resolve the issue for you by either repairing or replacing it.

Can my items go out of stock after I order?

Yes, it is possible for items to become out of stock after you have placed an order. Although our system updates inventory quickly, there can be a delay of up to 15 minutes in reflecting the latest stock levels. If an item you ordered goes out of stock, a member of our team will contact you to discuss options. You can choose to either change the color or size of the out-of-stock item, if alternatives are available, or opt for a cancellation and refund of that item. Please note that substitutions are limited to color and size changes; selecting a different style is not an option. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I place an order for a product that is out of stock?

When will you restock?

To receive the most current updates on restocks, we recommend signing up for out-of-stock notifications. Once products are restocked, we'll send you an alert. Our restocks are divided into two types:

Staples: These are popular styles available year-round, and they are generally always in stock.

Seasonal: Available for a specific season/sport and their return depends on demand, meaning these items may or may not be restocked.

Can I place an order for a product that is out of stock?

At this time, we do not support the ability to purchase a product that is out of stock except for pre-order offers.

Where do you manufacture your products?

We manufacture in our fully-owned factories in southeast Asia.

All customization and embellishments are done in-house in the United States with the exception of large bulk orders.

Can you manufacture for my association or conference?

Absolutely! Owning our factories allows us to ensure high-quality standards, engage in extensive research and development, utilize advanced proprietary fabrics, and manage the entire process internally without relying on outsourcing. Can you manufacture custom apparel for my group?

Can you apply numbers or plackets to my shirt/jacket?

Yes! Most options are available on our website. If you're looking for something else, please contact us to see if we can help.

Can you add my groups logo to a shirt/jacket?

Licensees: Please contact us, we'd be happy to help.

Individuals: If we are not licensed or you are not the license holder of the design, we will not be able to assist.

What are your customization and embellishment capabilities?

Our customization offerings are extensive and managed entirely in-house, providing a variety of options to meet your needs. These include:

  • Fully stitched numbers for a classic, durable look.
  • Plackets that can either be heat applied or stitched, based on your preference.
  • Embroidery
  • Hemming
  • A range of custom heat transfer embellishments, as a modern alternative to embroidery, available in various styles such as flat, 3D, and reflective. We offer these in multiple materials, including PU, HF TPU, silicone, flock, as well as embroidered and woven options.

Payments & Discounts

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay.

Do you offer PayPal?

We do not offer PayPal due to the high processing fees, sorry.

A product I purchased went on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, we are happy to provide a credit for the difference in price. However, orders that fall outside of this 7-day period, or those that have already used a promo or discount code, are not eligible for this price adjustment.

Can I combine multiple promo and/or discount codes?

Regrettably, only one promo or discount code can be used per order, with no exceptions.

I forgot to apply my discount code. Can you apply it for me?

Once an order has been placed, promo and discount codes cannot be retroactively applied.

Where can I obtain a discount code?

Subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about all of GR8 Call's special events and promotions. Also, if we create customized apparel for your local organization, reach out to them to inquire if a discount code is available.

Are these discounts for group orders?

Yes, we are able to offer discounts on group orders on GR8 Call products.
